Hemant Bheda is Chairman of the Board and Co-founder of AREVO. Hemant has a successful track record in creating diverse technologies related to Additive Manufacturing, High Performance Polymers, System on a Chip compiler and Digital Video. He co-founded startup companies such as Quantum Polymers, Metta Technologies (acquired by LSI Logic), Parama Networks (acquired by Bay Microsystems), Mediamatics (acquired by National Semiconductor). Hemant started his career at Intel and AT&T Bell Labs research. He has an M.S. degree from San Diego State University and B.S. from VJTI, University of Mumbai. He has been awarded National Scholar by the Government of India and is a member of Eta Kappa Nu honor society. In his spare time he likes hiking, gardening and tinkering with technology. In 2008, he converted a 1972 VW Bug to an electric car as a family project.
Wiener Mondesir is co-founder/CTO of Arevo. He has 20 years experience spanning multiple business functions including software development, marketing, sales, and operations for companies like Cisco, Intel and National Semiconductor. He is a veteran of several startups, including Mediamatics and Parama Netoworks where he was part of founding engineering team. He has an M.B.A from Kellogg School of Management and B.S. Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. In his spare time enjoys traveling, running and building lego robots with his kids.
Dr. Natalie Rudolph is VP of R&D and leading engineering to advance Arevo’s thermoplastic deposition technology. Prior to AREVO, Natalie’s research focused on additive composite manufacturing for high volume and high performance applications. She was Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also held the position as Associate Director of the Polymer Engineering Center. At the Fraunhofer Research Institute of Casting, Composite and Processing Technology in Augsburg, Germany, Natalie was Division Head. Natalie received her diploma in Textile Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Hof, Germany, and her doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Polymer Engineering, from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
